This apartment building renovated in 2013, is located in Envalira (Canillo) to 2200 meters from the lifts of Soldeu and Grau Roig, 1000 meters of tunnel d'Envalira to Pas de la Casa and 20 kilometers from Andorra La Vella. Soldeu and Grau Roig are two of the 6 main access to Grandvalira with over 200 kilometers of pistes. In Soldeu, just 2200 meters, you can find shops, bars and restaurants. The building features studios and apartments of one to four rooms that can be occupied from 2 to 10 people. They are fully furnished and equipped with linens, towels, TV, heating, equipped kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, basic kitchen utensils and coffee maker. They are thermally and acoustically insulated. All apartments have central hot water and bathroom. The building has underground parking (optional with extra charge), reception (not permanent), common area, elevator and WiFi (in common areas).
